💪SET FITNESS GOALS: Health and wellbeing is an ongoing process that is constantly evolving as you gain strength, recover from injury or surgery or simply get older. Having fitness goals in relation to Pilates will help you maintain the momentum you need to stay on top and give you a safety net for inevitable downtimes or distractions.
👀 STAY FOCUSED: focus on what's important (this is especially important if you feel like your schedule is constantly packed). You have to be ruthlessly selective about the things you do and the tasks you pass on. Finally, you will need to hold yourself accountable for the amount of exercise that you plan to do. Go to Pilates with a friend, book your Pilates sessions forward, Schedule it in your diary!
😴SLEEP! Get enough of it so that you have nothing to stand in your way of achieving your goals. You will also sleep better with your regular Pilates routine too!
